In this post, I share a personal story—one of diagnosis, shame, disconnection, and the unexpected wisdom that followed. Through the lens of Kinesiology and Human Design, I found a way to reconnect with my intuition, my body, and my natural rhythm.
This experience forms a big part of why I do what I do and how I hold space in the clinic. I share pieces of my journey because I know how powerful it is to feel truly seen, not just through a label or a modality, but by someone who genuinely gets it. Sometimes, the missing piece in understanding yourself isn’t more information or a new plan—it’s being met emotionally, energetically, and with lived experience.
